Welcome To
Carin Cirarri Gallery
The work chosen for Carin's gallery is exemplary of the time he spent underground. It is a mix of religious vision, philosophical speculation and psychological aberration -- composed of book illustrations, sketches from his personal notebooks and records of eidetic hallucination. Like dream images, Carin's works are "fantastic" because they suggest that presence which is more "real than reality" -- a longed for immediacy flashes through them. Like dreams remembered, his images are fragments of a wider world, compared with which our world of experience is exposed as attenuation and fantasy.
